As part of the Digital Propositions team within Digital Banking, your role will be to assist with the development and launch of compelling and profitable new digital propositions, and capabilities for customer segments which meet the customer growth, income and profit targets of Lloyds Banking Group.

Core responsibilities:
• Shape, develop and bring to market compelling consumer and retail product propositions
• Actively take ownership of projects agreed as part of team/ digital agenda.
• Lead each project/ initiative from inception to completion, including:
o Concept development, selection and sizing of customer value propositions that will drive profit growth for LBG
o Design project plan (key questions, deliverables, milestones, accountabilities)
o Assign responsibility for workstreams and establish clear output expectations
o Ensure quality of outputs meet team/LBG standards
o Influence decision-makers to ensure the right decisions are taken at the right time
o Deliver project within agreed budget and timeframe
• Keep track of market movements and competitor offerings
• Complete follow-up of project(s) to test success
• Interface and effectively influence a broad range of stakeholder Groups including Group Marketing, Digital, Product Business Units, Internal Communications, Compliance, Legal, Marketing Services agencies

Skills & Experience;
• Creative, with good organizational and project management skills
• Motivated self starter; problem solver, enjoys creating something new
• Convincing and influential communicator. Bright, quick thinking and self-confident
