Our Planning team delivers financial insight tailored to the needs of the Business and the Consumer Finance Division for Lex Autolease. The team deliver best in class financial planning and ensures financial control and forecasting for senior business stakeholders during a time of significant business growth

As Planning and Forecasting Assistant Manager you’ll join us to support the Planning team in delivering Planning and Stress Testing, playing a pivotal role in the team who produce plans for Lex Autolease as well as produce key documents for Lex Autolease senior management team that are used to inform key decisions for the business. You’ll liaise with the business areas and transform data into professional Management Information.

You’d liaise with the key business areas as well as divisional colleagues to successfully finalise business plans, using multiple systems to generate management information and participate in preparing for the planning cycles, such as, quarterly forecasts and the 5 Year Operating Plan.

You’ll be a Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience in a Finance role, as well as having excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels throughout the business. Holding excellent Microsoft excel skills.

Ideally,you’ll have experience forecasting and modelling within a Finance role i.e. TM1 modelling and you’ll be able to use PowerPoint to produce professional documents, however not essential.
