Lex Autolease are responsible for actively selling accident services into it’s customer base, generating c. £10 Million annual profit.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a very fast paced environment where customer service, efficiency and quality are embedded in everything we do.

The role holder will be responsible for a range Inbound/Outbound call activity relating to the management of motor claims activity.

Ongoing progression of claims will be managed via the role holder ensuring customer rules and timescales are adhered to. In additional the role will support more general duties as required and support specialist areas such as daily rental debt recovery.
