What the future will hold?

 Studying to obtain a full honours Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions, with course fees being funded
 Developing various skills related to the pathway you choose;
- Technological route- python, Java, SQL and many more
- Business route- stakeholder management, strategy analysis, customer lifecycle management and many more.
 Working in Lloyds Banking Group to develop your knowledge and skills. Previous apprentices have had the opportunities to create databases and websites, launching denial of service attacks and defending against them, as well as cracking passwords and setting up virtual networks using virtualisation
 Learning from our technology experts to gain valuable experience, whilst receiving ongoing support
 The ability to use relevant work experience to aid your study
 Gaining various core skills in team building, communication and many more
 Being exposed to innovative concepts such as agile working

You will be required to balance your practical learning as well as your knowledge and experience gained in your role with us. With regards to essential skills and qualifications, candidates should have
• GCSE grades A*- C in Maths & English Language
• Minimum of 104 – 112 UCAS points or equivalent e.g. BTEC (predicted or achieved)
• Should you not have the required UCAS points, we can still consider your application if you have the relevant work experience in IT (minimum of 3 years). However, you must be willing to complete an assessment of academic capability.

Additional Information

You will be required to attend Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) one day a week throughout the four years during term time. You role will be based at one of the following locations - Manchester, Copley, Pudsey or Halifax on the other days so please consider this when you apply. Additionally you’ll need to be able to get to MMU one day a week.

You’ll be studying at Manchester Metropolitan University for your Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. With our degree apprenticeship programme you don't have to pay any tuition fees, so have the chance of a debt-free university experience.
As part of you being able to find out more, Manchester Metropolitan University are holding an open evening on Wednesday 14 June. Come along and you will be able speak to the lecturers and also have the opportunity to meet with our current degree apprentices studying at the university.
