As a smart, Chartered, qualified Surveyor, you’ll bring talent and commitment to the role. You have a flair for conducting property valuations, reporting on property condition and contributing to wider business initiatives - from risk through to quality and Treating Customers Fairly. As a collaborative team player, with excellent communication skills, you’ll be dedicated to putting customers at the heart of everything you do. We’ll expect you to demonstrate understanding of the home purchase journey, as well as lenders’ valuation and property assessment reporting requirements. The ability to work from home and remotely with limited supervision will be key to your success.

Key accountabilities:
•Inspections and reporting against residential value and/or condition of a property in line with instruction requirements.
•Deliver the quality requirements in reporting and customer service.
•Achieve productivity, service level agreements and income targets set.
•Builds and maintains external relationships at local level to contribute and secure work through business development.
•Negotiate fees for external business agreed at local level within price discount thresholds set by the business.
•Effective management of mandate levels to ensure min. delay in the end to end process.
•Behaviour and performance standards which drive strong customer advocacy scores.
•Escalates, manages and mitigates risks in a timely manner, completes statutory training within required time scales.
