You'll benefit from a 10 week internship with all of the training and support you'll need. We recognise that the transition back to work will be a challenge and this programme is designed specifically for you, with a view to a permanent position with us at the end of the programme.
To qualify, you're likely to have worked within Retail Banking or another Professional Services environment and attained Senior Managerial experience. You may have been a Product Manager, have expertise in Proposition development or have analytical skills that will provide insight on our performance and the strategic skills to develop our business through Insight. You should have a good grasp of technology, strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and develop business relationships. You should have taken a career break for a minimum of 2 years.
You'll need to spend some time with us in April to complete the selection process, the programme commences 1st June. So if you're ready to resume your career, this could be just the opportunity you're looking for.
